Existing original construction 1974 roof needs replaced with new energy efficient roof system.

Scope of Work: Demolish the existing 3- ply roof system, ballast, and insulation down to the existing concrete deck. Install a new layer of 3/4” perlite insulation over 2 layers1-1/2” polysiocyanurate insulation hot mopped over the concrete deck. Install a four-ply asphalt BUR roof system and one ply SBS Mod Bit white granular surface cap sheet, sheet metal flashing, drains and gutters. Install new metal coping at all parapet walls. Install new flashing at all flashed penetrations.
