The mission of the Center for Social Innovation and Sustainable Entrepreneurship (CSISE) is to educate, inspire, and support social innovators and entrepreneurial leaders to respond to the social, economic, environmental, and governance challenges facing our local and global community.

The goals of the Center are well tied to the overall University and College strategic initiatives relating to student involvement and engagement, faculty development and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) practitioner/research role expansion and globalization endeavors.

Dr. Stacey Reynolds

Dr. Stacey Reynolds is an Assistant Professor of Management at Clayton State University and Director of the Center for Social Innovation & Sustainable Entrepreneurship in the College of Business at the Clayton State University. Reynolds teaches, research and practices management and entrepreneurship. She has years of client-focused production, sales, marketing, and operational experience with various Fortune 100. As a transformational leader, she builds and/or re-engineers the operational systems of departments and firms to ensure productivity, efficiency, and growth. Reynolds served as the founding COO for her family firm which was voted one of the top places to work in Atlanta under her leadership. Reynolds is a certified Executive Leadership Coach from Georgetown University. She coaches entrepreneurs and executives on startup, growth, and innovation strategies. Known for high power presentations, Reynolds has developed a niche in teaching leadership vision development and using design thinking to improve critical thinking. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Jackson State University, an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a B.S in Mathematics from Jackson State University.
