CSU East, formerly known as Atlanta Bible College, was acquired by Clayton State University in 2008. In the summer of 2009 70 percent of the main building on property did undergo some adjustments that provided the University with 140 additional seats in four classrooms. Remaining part of the building, which comprises mostly office area, has been renovated in the Summer-Fall of 2010. Renovation included:

• HVAC system upgrade
• ADA accessibility improvements/Elevator
• Interior fit-up for Human Resources
