As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Clayton State University has been awarded stimulus money (Energy Grant) to complete Energy Efficient Projects. Fourteen electric meters have been installed to accommodate energy consumption monitoring for Central Plant, Arts & Sciences, Behavioral & Natural Sciences, Athletic & Fitness Building, Spivey & Clayton Hall, Student Center, Library and Continuing Education Buildings. Enterprise Energy Management Software (EEMS) was provided as part of the project that facilitates on-line meter reading.
