The building is dedicated for the benefit of all Clayton State University students.

The new recreation facility provides:

Space for Athletics & Fitness programs, with related faculty offices, administrative space and meeting rooms
Fitness areas for training in fitness instruction
Ballroom adequate to gather the student / faculty / community and families and friends for graduations and other significant events
Two basketball courts
Locker rooms
Game room
Small cafe
