Only ceremonies with available seats will show. If the ceremony you are trying to select is not showing, it means that ceremony has filled to capacity.
We regret due to limited seating in each ceremony, you are unable to change the time you have selected.
The ceremony will take place on Clayton State’s campus.
Each graduate may invite 2 guests. Your guests will sit next to you in the audience.
Yes! The registration system for the ceremony will be available from Monday, April 5 through Wednesday, April 14. Instructions for how to register for the ceremony will be sent to your CSU email beginning on April 5.

For the most part, the answer is yes! However, we are modifying portions of the ceremony to accommodate the outdoor setting. The Platform Party will include only those CSU officials with an active part in the graduation ceremony, which will follow the traditional order of program as circumstances allow. Some portions of the ceremony, such as musical performances, may be pre-recorded and streamed to the stage's screen, and through radio broadcast.
There will be no photography or handshaking, and face coverings will be required of all parties.
Due to safety protocols, we will not take traditional photos of graduates receiving their graduation covers.
Your name, the degree earned, your major, minor (if applicable), and academic honor (if applicable) will be included for each graduate will be announced and displayed on a large screen.
All degree graduates from 2020 and Spring 2021 will be eligible to participate.
The ceremony will be available on demand after the time and date of the initial showing. You will also be able to share portions of the ceremony on your social media to ensure others who were not able to view the ceremony can celebrate with you.
Yes! Commencement caps and gowns are available for you to purchase through our bookstore.
Graduates have up to 60 integrated links to social media channels to instantly share their individual recognition clips on social media. There is also a live chat feature on YouTube Premieres
The event will be live streamed and accessible via the Clayton State University website.
Disability accommodations can be provided upon request for graduates and guests with disabilities. To request accommodations, please complete the event accommodation request form on the Disability Resource Center website or contact them at (678) 466-5445 by April 16. Large-print programs will be available at the ceremony upon request for guests with low vision.
