The university follows the University System of Georgia Board of Regents Policy Manual. As required by these policies, Clayton State University publishes the academic calendar, the grading system policy, and the refund policy and schedule for each semester. This information appears on the web and is also published in the undergraduate catalog each semester and the graduate catalog each academic year. Information on the refund policy and schedule is also found on the Registrars website under the heading "refunds."
