April 15, 2024: Priority Deadline for Fall Semester 2024
April 16-18: Laker Village Residents Keeping Same Room Will be Assigned
April 22, 2024: Laker Village Room Selection Period begins
July 1, 2024: Laker Village Room Selection period ends
August 7: Move-in Day for Laker Village, 9AM – 5PM.
- Move in for all housing fees paid ONLY and fulltime enrolled residents
August 8: Move-in Day for Laker Hall, 9AM – 5PM.

August 9: Fall Semester Classes Begin.
August 11–20: Housing No Show and Roster Verification period
August 30th - September 1: University Housing office closed in observance of Labor Day
September 8 - September 21: Health and Safety Inspection Period
October 3: Second Session Move-in Day 9AM-5PM
October 7 - 13: Second Session Housing No Show and Roster Verification Period
November 10 - November 19: Health and Safety Inspection Period
November 24-30: Thanksgiving Break
December 1: Cancellation Request Deadline for Spring Term
December 9: Final Move-out Day for Graduating Seniors and Spring Cancellations by 12PM

December 15: Early Fee Payment Deadline for Early Registration
January 9: Move-in Day for Spring 2026 Residents, 9AM – 5PM
Laker Hall and Laker Village new move-ins for Spring 2026, 9AM-5PM
January 12 – 22: Housing No Show and Roster Verification period
January 15: Final Fee Payment Deadline
February 13: Academic Year 2026-2027 Housing Applications Available
February 9 - February 23: Health and Safety Inspection Period
April 14: Priority Housing ends/Application Increase

May 1: Cancellation Request Deadline for Summer Term

May 12: Final Move-out Day for Graduating Seniors and Summer Cancellations by 12PM

May 22: Move-in Day for Summer 2026 Residents, 9AM – 5PM
May 23: Summer Semester Classes Begin
May 25: University Housing office closed in observance of Memorial Day
June 19: University Housing office closed in observance of Juneteenth
TBD: Summer Bridge/ Early Start Freshman Move-in Day at Laker Hall, 9AM - 5PM.
July 4: University Housing office closed in observance of Independence Day
July 29: Move-out Day for Summer 2026 Residents. All residents must move out by 12PM (noon)
