Performance Analysis

NES uses various connectivity and performance tools to:

• Monitor all network devices in order to detect failures and degraded performance.
• Monitor network traffic for security events and malicious traffic.
• Assist in providing a timely resolution of network and security problems.
• Monitor disk and CPU utilization, load, number of jobs, and other parameters that indicate system performance.
• Identify problem areas and coordinate corrective action before services are affected.
