Clayton State University is committed to providing faculty and staff with professional development, skill building strategies, and organizational resources to be successful in their current positions or to assume roles with increasingly more leadership responsibilities. Employees have many options for development through web-based training and workshops which cover a variety of topics. Faculty and staff are strongly encouraged to explore these continuing and professional education opportunities.
Employee Mandatory Training
Every year, all Clayton State University employees (faculty, staff, student assistants) are required to complete annual mandatory training on topics including hazardous materials, cybersecurity, sexual harassment, Title IX, and campus emergency response.
Professional Development
Clayton State University employees are encouraged to engage in professional development opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skillset.
Access this e-learning program 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which includes hundreds of tutorials on business skills, IT, Microsoft Office, well-being, time management, and many more.
