The program engages in ongoing evaluation of its learning objectives, drawing upon systematic feedback from faculty, current students, alumni, and community partners, as well as developments in empirically supported practice within the field. Analyses conducted over the past five years have identified a need for enhanced support in the areas of practicum readiness, career preparedness, and clinical and professional writing/documentation. In response to these findings, the program has implemented targeted initiatives designed to strengthen student competencies in these domains and to ensure sustained alignment with professional and academic standards
