Pathways to Engineering
Clayton State offers three program options for students interested in pursuing a career in engineering.
While Clayton State does not offer Bachelor’s Degrees in Engineering, students who prefer the smaller class sizes, nurturing faculty, and beautiful campus of Clayton State can start their engineering careers on our campus.
Clayton State is a participating institution in the Regents Engineering Pathways Program (REPP). This program offers students the opportunity to transfer to any of the engineering schools in the state, while completing the math and science courses required for engineering majors at the REPP home institution.

Pre-Engineering Concentration
Clayton State offers an Associate of Science Degree program in Interdisciplinary Studies (pre-engineering concentration) from which a student may transfer into a bachelor’s degree program.
Regents Engineering Pathways Program (REPP)
This transfer program lets students complete two years at Clayton State University and transfer to Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Southern University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University, or Mercer University to complete a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
