2. Creating inventory of courses by degree program to establish overlap/commonality,
3. Inventorying short session offerings/ Developing short session pathways,
4. Pilot specific degree programs to include short session pathways (3-year degree programs) one per college

1. Develop departmental-level internal review process that leads to the information moving to program review committee,
2. Develop program review committee led by Executive Director of Assessment & Accreditation w/deans, department chairs, representative faculty, students, and market representatives

1. Review active courses and delineate and summarize types of modalities,
2. Explore evening/weekend options for course scheduling,
3. Review modality trends and compare to success rates/persistence/retention/graduation,
4. Review and summarize program modalities

2. Explore viability and target for micro-credentials and embedded certificates
