Major, Minor, or Concentration Change Information

How to access the major change request form via ServiceNow:

1. Log into the SWAN.
2. Select the DUCK Student Landing Page.
3. Select Change Your Major, located under Other Student Services.
   1. Complete all required areas.
   2. Please be sure to add any additional notes regarding your request, such as removing a minor or concentration.

The following majors require a separate admission to the program:

• Nursing
• Dental Hygiene
• Elementary Education

You must have earned an AAS degree in order to declare any of the BAS majors.

You will receive an email response from ServiceNow indicating whether your request was approved and when it will take effect. Please allow 5-7 days for a response.
