Welcome! Thank you for partnering with the Marketing and Communications team to support your event or project.
Our team provides marketing and strategic communication services to elevate your message and share your Clayton State story. Services include graphic design, social media support, web updates and training, media relations, content development, photography, and videography.
We work with faculty and staff to promote the university, highlight degree programs, support admissions initiatives, and amplify key events and initiatives.
When submitting a project request, please provide complete and final content.
- Projects will not be placed in the queue until all required information is submitted.
- Multiple rounds of edits may delay your project and return it to the queue.
- Last-minute requests should be reserved for urgent issues and a crisis.
Complete requests allow us to begin work promptly and efficiently.
Graphic Design
Graphic design is available for departments in need of creative services to produce materials such as flyers, graphics or visuals that support the university’s strategic priorities and/or enrollment goals.
Campus-Wide Email Announcement
Campus-wide email announcement is chosen if you have an event promotion or have a campus-wide email to be sent out.
Website Support Services
Website support services is available for departments in need of website updates, create new pages or fix broken links.
Photography/Videography Coverage
The Multimedia Specialist may be requested to photograph or video university events and provide headshots for faculty and staff.
Social Media Coverage
Social media coverage is available for departments to support the promotion and visibility of their events, initiatives, and achievements.
Logo Use
The logo use request form enables you to request the logo for use by an external vendor or to obtain guidance on proper logo usage.
Website Training
Our office offers website content editor training for all departmental and college websites.
