Work with Us

Team members of the Office of Marketing and Communications are stewards of the university brand, supporting initiatives and projects that align with the goals and mission of the university.

Project requests are evaluated to ensure availability of resources and develop a project timeline. Not all projects can be accommodated. If we are unable to provide services, we can recommend vetted freelancers. Please remember that some projects may require several weeks notice. We encourage you to plan ahead.

Due to changing technology, our new project management system is not compatible with Internet Explorer. If you use Internet Explorer, please use a different internet browser. Other browser options include Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

Your Loch ID account is used to grant access to various CSU services such as the wired network, wireless network, and qualtrics. It is used for the Marketing and Communications forms as well. Your Loch ID is generally in the format: first name initial + last name  [sometimes also a number]. Not sure of your Loch ID? Contact The Hub.

Marketing and Communications utilizes a variety of mediums such as a weekly e-newsletter, social media, and the newsroom to communicate with external and internal audiences.

We want to hear about your awards and achievements. Do you have an event coming up and need to get the word out? Are you conducting interesting research that we can help promote? Please submit a brief description/supporting information and our team will determine the best placement for maximum impact. For more information visit communications.

The designer will provide one round of revisions. While reviewing the first draft, you will have the opportunity to send the designer changes to the text and images. Please note any grammatical errors, typos or requested changes.

In order to expedite the process of reaching the final design, please review the draft and reply within five business days. Failure to respond quickly with edits may delay receipt of the final file. Projects may also be delayed if additional revisions are requested.
