Forgot your ID number? Need to know your account balance? Clayton State students can now connect with select departments via a new mobile text messaging program to receive the information to meet their academic needs.

You can register to receive text messages from Career Services, Center for Advising and Retention, Recreation and Wellness, Housing and Residence Life, Financial Aid, and more.

How do I sign up?

To join the program, visit the Directory (located at the top of the University homepage) to login and enter your phone number and select the type of texts you want to receive.

View a list of all the active words over to the right you can text to receive information. Text any of the words to 678-466-6038 to get a response.

For example, to get your account balance from the Bursar’s Office, text BALANCE to 678-466-6038.

You can turn off notifications at any time for the mobile text program in the Directory.
