The Southern Crescent Pearls Foundation, Inc. Donates Clothing to Clayton State University’s Professional Dress Closet

(April 30, 2026) - The Southern Crescent Pearls Foundation, Inc. proudly partnered with Clayton State University’s Professional Dress Closet to support career readiness and workforce success for students. On Monday, April 20, 2026, Foundation leaders led by Shanta Chambers, Programs Chairman, and Dr. Stacy D. Odoms, President, collaborated with Bridgette McDonald, Executive Director of the Office of Career and Professional Development, to deliver a collection of gently used professional clothing donated by Southern Crescent Pearls Foundation, Inc. members.

These contributions will help equip Laker students with the resources needed to make strong first impressions in interviews and enter the workforce with confidence. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to empowerment, economic mobility, and meaningful community impact.
