The online Rush Processing Request Form can be used to request rush processing of materials that have been received by the Clayton State Library but are not yet on the shelf. These materials appear in the Clayton State online catalog with the following location: "Request Rush @ http://www.clayton.edu/library/rushprocessing."
For example, this display indicates a title that can be requested:
Clayton State students, faculty or staff may request rush processing for materials by submitting the online request form. A paper version of the form is also available at the Circulation Desk in the Library. Rush processing can be requested both for materials needed for instructional support as well as those desired for personal interests. If at all possible, materials will be available within two working days of the receipt of the request for rush processing. The faculty member or student will be notified as soon as the book is cataloged, processed, and available for check out.
If the requested title is not available for rush processing, the individual making the request will be referred to GIL Express or Interlibrary Loan.
