Spivey Hall field trip opportunities are an integral part of its education program. The performances are typically 45-50 minutes in length and designed for audience interaction. While the concerts are intended for children and youth in pre-K to grade 12, Spivey Hall welcomes community members of all ages to the performances. Young People's Concerts take place between October-March during the school day. The Summer World Music Festival is a three-day event perfect for day camp groups and families. Study Guides correlated to curriculum standards are available for most concerts.
Spivey Hall Education Transportation and Ticket Subsidies. Please note that Subsidies must be applied for prior to your field trip and that applicant organizations must be pre-registered for a Spivey Hall Young People's Concert. Subsidy Applications are evaluated on a first come, first served basis with schools designated Title I having priority. All applications will be submitted online. A school may submit more than one application for the 2019-2020 school year. An application must be completed for Each concert that you wish to receive an award. Read carefully.
