Clayton State University’s College of Business is entering the online MBA market with a new $12,705, fully-online Master of Business Administration program starting in the fall of 2018. Students can earn the degree in as little as 12 months.
“We designed the MBA program to fit the life of busy professionals. Courses are offered year-round in an 8-week format which provides students the flexibility to adjust their schedules based on work-load variations in their respective profession. In addition, this design allows for five points of entry in a given year into the MBA program,” said Dr. Jacob Chacko, dean of the College of Business.
Clayton State’s online MBA is a 33-credit hour program that allows students to study general business or specialize in one of five high-demand areas: accounting, human resource leadership, international business, supply chain management, and digital marketing.
The College of Business is an AACSB-accredited institution, placing it among five percent of schools in the world that hold the distinction.
“With the tuition for the entire online MBA program at around $12,800, this is a tremendous value for the money and time required to earn an AACSB-accredited MBA,” said Dr. Chacko. “More importantly, graduates are seeing gains in their wages years after they graduate. The Governor’s Office of Student Achievement reported that Clayton State MBA graduates earn an average of $106,000 five years post-graduation–ranking the school the sixth highest among all public universities in the state for MBA salaries,” said Dr. Chacko.
Students may also take advantage of resources in the College of Business to advance their education, including the College’s centers of excellence in areas such as supply chain management, international business, and entrepreneurship and innovation.
Applications are currently being accepted for the fall, spring, and summer terms. Students may select from two start date sessions in the fall and spring terms, and one in the summer, offering the greatest flexibility to start the program.
