Clayton State University will be offering a new eTuition rate beginning with the fall 2011 semester in August.
The eTuition rate is $220 per credit hour and applies to all 100 percent online undergraduate courses. Students who take all of their courses online will pay only the eTuition, the University’s technology fee ($57 per semester) and the University’s institutional fee ($250 per semester.) Students enrolled only in eTuition courses are not billed for other mandatory fees or out-of-state tuition (if they reside outside Georgia). Students who are enrolled in one or more courses on campus pay the standard mandatory fees, since they have access to campus services.
“The new eTuition simplifies the University’s fee structure and supports Clayton State’s development of distance learning opportunities for students,” notes Dr. Kevin Demmitt, associate vice president of Extended Programs. “Clayton State’s eTuition rate is among the lowest available for bachelor degree programs. The continued development of online degree programs supports Clayton State’s commitment to offering affordable, high quality academic programs that meet the needs of students in all walks of life.”
