Our primary mission centers on externally facing and consumer-focused video content to promote and enhance the brand of Clayton State University. All videography requests will be evaluated to ensure that they align with university strategic initiatives and our office’s objective to support institutional marketing and recruitment.
Any video created outside of the Office of Marketing and Communications that includes information about university programs, events, features university students/employees, or includes the official university logo or wordmark must be submitted for review by our team before it is shared publicly.
For new marketing videos, preproduction to post-production, can take up to 70 business days for completion. A creative brief will be finalized at the first preproduction meeting. For more information on videography.
As a resource, our office offers various training opportunities including social media, media relations, web content editing, or brand training for faculty and staff. Training may be offered in a group setting or one-on-one depending on the topic.
The official university logos are legally protected trademarks appearing on official communications (online and print), partnerships and sponsorships.
