Recent changes were made to the WEBEX support systems that should reduce the number of audio related problems that have been occurring. Be sure you have a ticket number. If you have problems with your initial contact person please ask to be transferred to another external support person or a manager. We need to be able to measure the level of customer support we are receiving from the external vendor.
