Research Interests

 
 
 

My research interests encompass the the study of the electrochemical and optical properties of electroactive materials for a variety of applications that involve (but are not limited to) charge storage, light-emission, and electrochromism.  The materials studied have ranged from conjugated electroactive polymers to transition metals complexes, and organic small molecules.  Analytical techniques utilized include electrochemistry (3-electrode cell), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, in situ conductivity, UV/Vis-NIR spectroelectrochemistry, and in situ colorimetry, to name a few.
