Introduction to Open Access

The Clayton State community is invited to special workshop presented by the Clayton State Library in honor of Open Access Week 2020 (Oct. 19-25).

Open Access is a movement supporting the free availability of academic research to all without barriers such as licenses or paywalls which restrict access, use or downloading.

This session will provide an overview of open access, including the different types (Gold, Green, and Hybrid) and tools you can use to locate open access materials. Attendees will also get an overview of what resources are available through the Clayton State University Library.
