As a Human Resource Leadership student, you will learn about the framework for helping employees develop skills, knowledge, and abilities at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
To become an effective HR leader, our program will prepare you to think strategically in areas such as employee training, employee career development, performance management and development, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and high potential identification. Students will understand and practice identifying needs, designing, implementing, and evaluating programs to support these areas in engaging, creative, and innovative ways. The Human Resource Leadership program is approved by the Society for Human Resource Management.
Degree Requirements
The Online MBA program consists of 33 credit hours (approximately 12 courses). This includes a core curriculum, in addition to courses in the concentration of choice. All courses are three credit hours unless otherwise specified.
