Judith Stilz Ogden is the Assistant Dean, MBA Program Director, and Associate Professor of Business Law in the College of Business. She received her Law Degree from Duquesne University School of Law, an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law, and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Robert Morris University. In addition to her administrative and teaching duties, she is the Director of the Center of Business and International Negotiation which is currently working with Mediators Beyond Borders, International, on its Sierra Leone Project. She is also the advisor to the Undergraduate Mediation Team which has been awarded numerous regional and international awards. Since coming to Clayton State, she has also been the coordinator for the campus Volunteer Income Tax Program (VITA) which has been the recipient of several grants for being a high performing site. Her research interests include dispute resolution, labor and employment law, and education law. She has been awarded the Ralph C. Hoeber Award for Excellence in Research, and the Midwest Business Administration Association Distinguished Paper Award. At Clayton State she has received the College of Business’ Meritorious Awards in Teaching and in Service, and the President’s Making Things Better Award.
