Planning a Visit

The University Archives is housed in the Clayton State Library on the 2nd floor of the building. It is recommended that visitors use the University Center 2nd floor library entrance. Visitors can check in at the Circulation/Reserves service desk for further assistance.

  • The Archives is open to all researchers.
  • If you are visiting the Archives for research, it is required that you make an appointment. This allows sufficient time to locate the items you need for your research.
  • Visitors are required to follow the rules and regulations of the University Archives.
  • University Archives materials are non-circulating and special handling may be required.
