Students seeking federal financial aid, as well as a number of state financial aid

For further assistance, please refer to the Clayton State Financial Aid website.
We offer two options for students in need of comfortable, affordable on-campus housing.
Laker Hall is our freshman residence, which features a lounge, pool, and fully-furnished
rooms. Laker Village houses undergraduate students in apartment-style accommodations.
Find the comforts of home in our University Housing.
All first-time and transferring* freshman students (registering for 12 credit hours or more) are required to live
on-campus in Laker Hall for the fall and spring semesters, unless qualified for an
exemption (refer here for more info).
All degree-seeking students must attend/complete an orientation session to register
for classes.
Orientation fees are non-refundable. If students do not enroll for the term indicated, they may update their application for admission for no more than two subsequent terms by contacting Clayton State University’s Office of Admissions. Also, if you registered for an in-person session and are more than 30 minutes late, you will need to register for the next available orientation session.
The New Student Orientation fee is valid for two subsequent terms. If a student pays an Orientation fee but does not complete their initial Orientation registered for, the fee may be transferred once to another Orientation registration within the two subsequent terms. After two subsequent terms, a new application for admission, application fee, and successful completion of Orientation with a new fee will be required.
After registering for your classes, confirm your enrollment by paying your tuition and fees. Visit the Bursar's website for more info.
