The Office of Marketing and Communications is the first point of contact for any video project which involves promotion of the University, such as testimonials, events, and other activities which are marketing or brand related. Marketing and Communications should be a part of the planning process for all such projects in order to advise on content.
All video projects require that same model release procedures as photography. Videos which have been obtained without the appropriate release forms must not be published in any form on any public medium, such as a website, YouTube, or other social media channels.
Videotaping of classroom instruction is handled through the Center for Instructional Development. Requests must come from faculty or staff and are accommodated on a first come, first-served basis. For more information, please visit http://www.clayton.edu/cid/Videotaping
