Templates

Publication and presentation templates are being provided as a tool for campus communicators as they prepare materials for their areas. As part of the overall brand, these templates help ensure consistency and accuracy in use of the University's visual identity.

Print publication template files are available in either Word.doc, PDF or JPEG. Template designs are full bleed (color prints to the edges of the document). You can choose formats that can accommodate photos or be used without photos, based on your content. University campus communicators can obtain the official fonts used in these templates through the Logo Usage page.

This list will grow as we continue to add templates, so please check back regularly for new options. If you don't see the exact template to fit your need, contact University Marketing and Communications for assistance.

Computer Wallpaper

Computer wallpaper may be used as your screen saver on your computer monitor. File must be saved to the user photo file in order to be uploaded as wallpapaer.

Fax Cover

Fax covers may be printed and hand filled. These are to be used with faxing documents.

Memo

The memo template is used for interoffice communications. The file will download in a Word.doc to be filled in either electronically or by hand.

Notecards & Envelopes

Notecard templates are 5x7 unfolded/3.5x2.5 folded and are intended for a variety of uses from Thank You's to other handwritten notes. Envelope templates are downloaded as a PDF for printing.

Power Points

Use these downloadable templates to brand the university in your PowerPoint presentations. Use of these templates improves consistency and ensures that your audiences know they are viewing an official Clayton State University presentation. The University templates should be used as a general rule. The Athletics templates are primarily to be used by the Athletics department.
