Let the countdown begin! Our annual Homecoming is an exciting time at Clayton State University. Homecoming is all about spirit, pride, and connecting with your alma mater. And there is no better time to be a part of #LakerNation.

  • S’mores and Skills Clinic, hosted by Department of Recreation & Wellness and Campus Events Council

Tuesday, February 9

  • Student Choice Awards Virtual Event, hosted by CSIR & Campus Life
  • Homecoming Coronation Crowning Event to coincide with Student Choice Awards
  • 12:00 p.m. – Give4Dreams Advocate Training Session (Virtual)
    Want to help make an impact on the future of Clayton State University? Sign up to become a Give4Dreams Advocate and attend our training session to learn more about out how you can volunteer to make this year’s Clayton State giving day the best one ever! Wednesday, February 10

  • 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. - Mask Up CSU Part 2, hosted by Campus Events Council
    Customize your very own mask to show your Laker Pride with CEC. Registration details will be provided a week before Homecoming and mask pickup will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Student Activities Center.
  • 6:00 p.m. - Cocktails & Trivia Night, hosted by Alumni Association (Virtual)
    Register today - Join the Alumni Association and your fellow alumni for a night of fun and games! Learn how to make our signature Clayton State Lakers Homecoming cocktail and test your trivia knowledge. *No students and must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
  • 5:00 p.m. - Women’s Basketball Game vs. University of North Georgia
  • 7:00 p.m. - Men's Basketball Game vs. University of North Georgia
    Tickets available to the first 100 fans with a focus on current students
  • “Where Are You Watching From?” Social Media Campaign

Thursday, February 11

  • All Day - "Throwback Thursday" 
    Alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends: Post your favorite Homecoming memories and tag Clayton State or Clayton State Alumni on social media for a chance to win prizes throughout the day.
  • 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. - Faculty/Staff Alumni Recognition Lunch, hosted by the Alumni Association 
    Sign up today ... The Alumni Association will celebrate our alumni who are on campus working with our future alumni. Stop by the Athletics Center for a grab-n-go lunch. Attendance is FREE and only for members of the faculty and staff who are alumni of Clayton State. In addition to lunch, any alumni who stop by will receive a free t-shirt!
  • The winner of the #TopLaker campaign will be selected via social media. 
  • 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - CSU Family Feud: Homecoming Edition, hosted by the Fraternity & Sorority Council 
    This event will take place in the Student Activities Center Ballroom with limited space for an in-person audience. RSVP instructions will be provided a week before the event. The show can be viewed on Instagram Live at @CSU_FSC.

Friday, February 12

  • 12:00 p.m. – "Where Are They Now?" Visual Podcast, hosted by the Alumni Association
    Have you ever wondered what some of the past Homecoming Kings and Queens are up to now? Join our hosts, Dr. Royal Baxter and Joseph Echols, as we talk with these alumni about their experiences as Homecoming royalty, their time at Clayton State, and what they are doing today. Link forthcoming.
  • 2:00 p.m. - One Love Event, hosted by Housing & Residence Life
    This workshop is designed to help young people understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy behaviors and how they may manifest in friendships and dating relationships. Using a series of short, animated clips, this workshop empowers young people to recognize unhealthy signs before they turn abusive. It also enables them to practice healtheir behaviors with their peers and partners.
  • 7:00 p.m. - Friday Night DJ Party, hosted by the Alumni Association
    Join other alumni for a night of music and fun on Instagram Live

Saturday, February 13

  • Homecoming Game Watch Party - Details TBA
