The New Student Convocation is an exciting time when faculty, staff and all new students assemble to mark the beginning of a new academic year. The formal ceremony is created to welcome new students into the Clayton State University community. Our campus president, Dr. Thomas J. "Tim" Hynes, Jr., offers encouraging words to students as they embark on their transition into college life.
