Dr. Leon Prieto to Serve as HR Webinar Panelist on Baby Boomers
Assistant Professor of Management Dr. Leon Prieto will be serving as a panelist on a webinar targeted to HR professionals throughout North America on Wednesday, July 9, from 1p.m. to 2 p.m. EDT.
The webinar, “Baby Boomer Engagement Still Matters: What are you doing to enhance their engagement?” (http://hr.mcleanco.com/events/baby-boomer-engagement-still-matters-what-are-you-doing-enhance-their-engagement) is being presented by the prominent Canadian consulting firm Mclean and Company.
As a panelist for the event, Prieto, along with two other experts, will be discussing various questions on the topic of baby boomer engagement. He will also receive recognition on the McLean & Company webinar Hall of Fame as well as within the subsequent research report.
Prieto is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), who has previously worked as an occupational development specialist at the National Energy Skills Center (Trinidad and Tobago) and as an environmental health and safety technician at Petrotrin Trinmar Operations (also Trinidad and Tobago). He also served as the founding co-director of the Center for the Advancement of Creativity and Entrepreneurship at Savannah State University. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University.
