In recognition of October being Dental Hygiene Month, SADHA, the Student American Dental Hygienists’ Association at Clayton State University, is having a Dental Hygiene Awareness Day on Tuesday, Oct. 30 (or just BEFORE Halloween.)
Dental Hygiene Awareness Day will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Main Street on the second floor of the James M. Baker University Center. Clayton State Dental Hygiene students will be providing information about oral health and be giving away toothbrushes, toothpaste, and much more. The public is invited to attend.
Participants can fill their oral hygiene bag by playing games, winning prizes, and answering trivia questions. Among the activities will be… toss-a-bean bag and “Fill the Cavity,” testing your aim with “Knock-a-Tooth” or testing your luck by spinning the “Wheel of Oral Hygiene.” And, of course, everyone will want to play “Are You Smarter than a Dental Hygienist?”
