Clayton State University has been recognized as one of metro Atlanta’s largest business schools with high enrollment in its Master’s of Business Administration program.
The University ranked no. 8 for both high enrollment in its MBA programs and for having one of Atlanta’s largest total enrollments for a business school in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Book of Lists.
The College of Business boast an enrollment of 838 students. Of that number, 205 are enrolled either full-time or part-time in an MBA program.
“It’s exciting for us to offer programs that our students want and that industry needs. The growth in both graduate and undergraduate programs indicate the success that our students are achieving in business and society,” said Dr. Louis Jourdan, Jr., interim dean of the College of Business. “Our programs’ popularity and success validate the diligence and seriousness with which our faculty have dedicated themselves to their profession and to our students.”
The Chronicle’s annual list highlights hundreds of the best companies and organizations in Atlanta.
“The rapid growth of the MBA Program illustrates the need in the Southern Crescent, and the fact that Clayton State is here to satisfy that need,” said Dr. Judith Ogden, MBA director.
