We are gearing up for our campus-wide training in ePro/GFM. The entire month of March is dedicated to training the campus on the new procedures. We will have two different training classes; Requester training and Approver training. Many of you have not signed up for the training. We will not be able to walk you through the process via phone once we Go Live. Therefore, if you have not attended the training and do not have access/permissions you will not be able to approve Purchase Orders until makeup dates have been established.
Who should attend training?
All employees who are responsible for purchasing, preparing purchase request and/or check request, approving/managing purchases and budgets for the department.
Which training should I attend?
If you are the person responsible for submitting Purchase Requisitions, Check Request and/or a P-cardholder, then you should attend the Requester training
If you are the person responsible for reviewing, approving and signing Purchase Requisitions, Check Request and Visa Packets, then you should attend the Approver Training
Why do I need to attend?
This training is mandatory
. Procurement services will not receive paper Purchase Requisitions after April 1, 2016. Therefore, you will need to know how to use the new module. We will GO LIVE, April 4.
Classes will be held in the Continuing Education building Room 331
every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00am-1:00pm (Requesters) and 9:00am-11:30am (Approvers).
