Open Enrollment will officially end on Friday, Nov. 14, at midnight, so don’t forget to update your tobacco status before then even if you do not want to make other changes.
Before you enroll, review detailed information about 2015 benefits at www.usg.edu/hr/benefits. There is a link on that site to the ADP Benefits Online Self Service portal, or log on at portal.adp.com and choose the link for “Open Enrollment” to make your elections. For detailed instructions on how to enroll, review this guide: Update Your Benefits for Open Enrollment.
For benefits questions, password resets or username assistance, contact the Shared Services Center at (855) 214-2644 or helpdesk@ssc.usg.edu or on the web at http://www.ssc.usg.edu/
This is also a good time to verify your address so that we have the correct one to which to send your W2 in January. For instructions on updating your personal information, review this guide: ADP Portal - Update Your Personal Information.
AGAIN, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE CHANGES to your benefits for 2015:
If you are enrolled in a USG medical plan, all of your 2014 selections (except Flexible Spending) will “roll over” for 2015, but you still have to log in to UPDATE YOUR TOBACCO STATUS or you will default to “tobacco user” and have a $75 tobacco surcharge added to your premium.
If you are NOT enrolled in a USG medical plan and don’t want to make changes, no action is required. Your 2014 elections (except for Flexible Spending Accounts) will roll over” for 2015. However, I would encourage you to review the material to make sure you are aware of any changes in plan benefits or premiums.
