The Fall Benefits Fair will take place on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the ballrooms of the Student Activities Center, and featuring 2015 Benefits Enrollment Information plus tricks and treats.
The 2015 Benefits Open Enrollment period in Nov. 3, 2014 to Nov. 14, 2014.
Approximately 40 vendors and campus organizations are registered for the fair, so there will be lots of giveaways. Door prizes will be raffled off randomly throughout the day, including two orange Fit Bit Flex wireless activity and sleep monitors!
Each year HR chooses a worthy charity to support during the fair. This year it is the Universal Toy Project, a program that provides “universal” toys (described in more detail below) to children in areas of extreme poverty, such as the Appalachian Mountains.
Make a difference in a child’s life and receive two raffle tickets for every toy donated!
Universal Toys are simple, classic items that can be for a boy or girl, ages four-12. All of the requested items can be purchased at the local dollar store, so we can afford to be generous.
