Each department has access to network printers . If you need access to your department's printers, please note the printer's building and room location, in addition to the printer brand and model number. We can remotely access your computer to install the printer, or you can bring your laptop to the Service counter.
Not to be confused with Service Appointments, Laptop Pickup Appointments are for new staff in need of a laptop distribution or current faculty who are eligible for an upgrade.
The HUB does not provide services for faculty member's personal computers. While some of the Clayton's resources may work with it, we do not guarantee the functionality of those services on your personal computer
Service Appointments are available after the first three weeks of the beginning of the semester. You can sign up for an appointment by logging into the S.W.A.N. Click the HUB's tab, then click the "Make an Appointment" link in the HUB Appointments Section.
