With Bachelor’s Degrees in French and Comparative Literature from the University of CA, Irvine, a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education—Language Arts from the University of Great Falls, MT, and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Queens University in Charlotte, NC, Teresa Steppe has spent more than 30 years as an educator in fields as disparate as piano performance, psychology, jewelry and fashion design, and—of course—writing. She also earned a diploma in Photography—Film and Video Production from Brooks Institute of Santa Barbara, CA. Her film experience includes videographer, set photographer (production stills), script supervisor, script writer and editor, film editor, production manager, and producer.
Randy Hill is a filmmaker and media producer whose career has spanned over 20 years. His work has screened at film festivals worldwide and has been distributed internationally. He has worked on numerous narrative and documentary films, including as Editor on the feature film The Killer Next Door (Creative Light Worldwide) and Cinematographer and Editor on the documentary short, Grounded By Reality, which won the POV Award at the International Documentary Challenge.
Hill has also had a long career in television that includes shooting and editing shows for Turner Broadcasting, PBS, HGTV, DIY Network, and The Weather Channel. He has edited the Emmy-winning Public Television show, EcoSense for Living, since 2006.
Hill holds a MA in Communication specializing in Digital Media and a BA in film and Video from Georgia State University.
