Due to USG efforts to make online education more affordable, it is the position of the WebBSIT Consortium that the program cannot operate without the tuition differential that supports day to day operations, student support and administration of the program. Consequently, Clayton State will deactivate the WebBSIT program.
Effective immediately, students will no longer be able to enter the WebBSIT program and Clayton State will collaborate with the consortium institutions (Georgia Southern, Georgia Southwestern and Columbus State) to provide a two-year teach-out for students who are able to graduate in this time. Students who are unable to complete the program of study within two years will be advised to change to the Bachelor of Information Technology program.
Current students in WebBSIT program should contact Professor Larry Booth for the program of study.
