Criteria for Successful Completion: To receive a Recognition of Completion certificate and receive CEUs, the student must attend 80% of class sessions, actively participate in the course, satisfactorily complete all course assignments and complete a course evaluation.

What better place to prepare Harold Hagans for his present career than to complete 28 years of military service of which 25 years were in elite Special Forces and parachute units, where he amassed over 1000 parachute jumps. His military awards include the highest Peace Time award, the Legion of Merit, in addition to decorations from four different countries.
His past international affiliations include President of Atlanta Customs Brokers and International Freight Forwarders, which was honored as the 1995 International Business by the year by the Chamber of Commerce. This prestigious award was repeated again in 2001 and 2008.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from Columbia. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor for Clayton State University and Georgia Perimeter College where he teaches course in International Business.
His past credits include President of the Customs Brokers Community of the port of Atlanta, and the Atlanta Air Cargo Association which he currently has in excess of 230 member companies.
