The Student Leadership & Involvement Council (SLIC) consists of student leaders from diverse backgrounds with varying experiences who provide student-centered leadership programs. SLIC assists with the development and coordination of Campus Life’s leadership programs, including but not limited to the LOCH-IN Leadership Institute, Diversity and Multicultural Conference and the Student Leadership Conference. Council members assist with aspects of research, marketing, registration, administrative duties and serve as the general “voice” of the student body. SLIC also serves as a resource for student organizations and faculty members by providing workshops and presentations aimed at improving student’s leadership skills.

Selected SLIC members must be able to devote time to bi-weekly council meetings, campus leadership development programming and service to the local community.
