Mr. Dulaney is a Senior Lecturer in Management in the College of Business at Clayton State University, where he has taught since 2008. Prior to his full time position as lecturer at Clayton State University, his industry career included positions with Reynolds Metals Company, 3M, RR Donnelley, Economics Laboratory, and AECO / NSI. Positions held included those of District Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales Training, and National Sales Manager. For much of that time he was also responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training new undergraduates through company college recruitment programs.
Additionally, Mr. Dulaney's consulting practice, Achieve Training Associates, LLC, conducts on-site sales management, sales training, and business communications seminars. He is also a partner with his wife in GCP Consultants, LLC, which conducts on-site compliance and quality assurance audits of drug trials for the pharmaceutical industry.
Mr. Dulaney has a master’s degree from Kennesaw State University in professional writing, with additional graduate studies in management and business administration.

Research interests: Personal Marketing and Its Impact on Job and Career Success,The Relationship of Effective Communication to Professional Development and Career Advancement, and the Importance of Critical thinking Skills in Professional Selling .
