Khamis M Bilbeisi, MAcc, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Clayton State University's College of Business. Dr. Bilbeisi has been teaching accounting for the past twenty-eight years, had different leadership positions including Department Chair, Assistant Dean, Associate Dean, Chairman of Promotion and Tenure Committee, Chairman of the Graduate Curriculum Committee, Member of the Rotary Club, and Student Advisor to the Institute of Management Accountants. Dr. Bilbeisi's research appeared in scholarly journals including The CPA Journal, Journal of Business, Economics, and Finance, and the Journal of Financial and Economics, among others. Dr. Bilbeisi regularly presents his research at national and regional conferences. Dr. Bilbeisi earned his Master of Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Georgia and his Ph. D. in Accounting and Quantitative Methods from the University of Mississippi.
