Keith E. Miller, PhD, MBA, is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management in Clayton State University’s College of Business, where his teaching focuses on supply-chain management, process analysis, strategy, and related management topics. Dr. Miller has more than 18 years of experience in project management, management consulting, strategic planning, business process improvement, manufacturing, and corporate learning across several industries including military, federal public health, retail, manufacturing, and finance. His former employers and clients include Avery Dennison, Home Depot, U.S. Army, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Equifax, and several large banks. His industry certifications include Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Six Sigma Black Belt. Dr. Miller completed a PhD and MS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University; an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Clayton State University; and a BS in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality, and a long-time member of the American Chemical Society and American Legion.
