Deans, Department Chairs, and Program Coordinators are notified of upcoming Comprehensive Program Review
AVP, Academic Planning and Assessment
July – September
Comprehensive Program Review Template is set up using the CPR Management Site.
Department Chair and/or Program Coordinator
Digital Measures Reports are requested from AVP, Academic Planning and Assessment
Department Chair and/or Program Coordinator, AVP, Academic Planning and Assessment
September – November
Compile report and additional materials, complete narrative sections
Submit report to Academic Affairs
January – February
University Assessment Committee reviews CPR report
University Assessment Committee
University Assessment Committee submits report of findings to Dean for response
Dean submits response to the Provost
Provost reviews CPR report, University Assessment Committee Report, and Dean's response
Provost meets with Dean and Department Chair and/or Program Coordinator to discuss results and complete BoR report.
Provost, Dean, Department Chair and/or Program Coordinator
BoR report submitted to USG.
