As we prepare for our migration to the Rave Mobility emergency communication system, we have determined that a large number of currently enrolled students have not entered their emergency contact cell numbers into the SWAN. If you haven’t done so, or if your cell number or the carrier has changed since last entry, please follow the following procedures:
Go to Clayton State University website
Link on the SWAN
Then link on MY TAB
Then scroll down to Emergency Text Messages info request
Enter your cell number and the carrier (e.g. AT&T, Verizon)
Then hit SAVE, and you are done.
Also, remember to update as personal changes are made. This will ensure that you receive timely notification of critical incidents and other safety concerns.
