SWAN Self Service Password Reset
Beginning Wednesday, May 20, the SWAN’s Self Service Password Reset option will have improved security features implemented. We’ve reviewed your responses to the recent survey for the SWAN and implemented some of the changes. Here are some of the enhancements we’ll be rolling out.
- The username and password fields will be on the same page once again
- SWAN logins will no longer require the image verification
- Set up your own custom questions
- Increased the number of available questions from one up to a maximum of five.
You will need to create new questions and responses once this new system is implemented, so think of some good ones.
We expect these changes to enrich your experience with the SWAN, make it easier to reset your account information, all while keeping your personal information safe.
